Railway Coach Factory has currently posted notice for its Recruitment Initiative to allow candidates to submit applications for Admission to 550 Apprentices under various apprenticeship programs (Act Apprentice). The deadline for applications is 09 December 2025 until 07 January 2026. Candidates that meet the minimum qualifications (tenth grade completion with 50% or higher) and have an official ITI/NCVT certificate are eligible to apply for the Admission to Apprenticeship Program through the Railway Coach Factory (RCF) website.

Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.

Must possess a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.

• Merit List Preparation

  • Based on 10th class marks (minimum 50% required).

  • Plus ITI/NCVT trade certificate marks in the relevant trade.

  • A combined merit list will be prepared.

• Document Verification (DV)

  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of documents like:

    • 10th Marksheet

    • ITI/NCVT Certificate

    • Category certificate (if applicable)

    • ID Proof

    • Other required documents

• Medical Examination

  • Candidates must pass the prescribed medical fitness test before final joining.
